Grief and loss come in many shapes and sizes, loss of relationships, loss of self, life transitions, general changes, loss of dreams, body changes, aging, health struggles, new life, and death. Maybe there are specific events impacting you and maybe there aren't. Either way, you just feel off and out of alignment with the version of yourself you want to be.
