Hello, my name is Mary! I am a licensed therapist that specializes in trauma, grief and loss. I am EMDR trained; and offer EMDR sessions as well as EMDR intensive where we design an individualized program to fit your specific needs. I have been working with clients and families for over 20 years and feel I bring a seasoned, openminded approach into the therapeutic setting.
I offer EMDR sessions as well as EMDR intensives. I take a holistic approach, and see my clients as the experts of their own lives and situations. My focus is to help empower others to find the best version of themselves thru EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and by helping to build better coping skills and self care.
Life can be hard, very hard and often unfair. Sometimes you can feel like you’re lost out on a raft sinking quickly. But, there is always hope and my goal is to help you get your feet back on the ground, live life with intention and do “Life on Purpose”.
