Are you ready to find and live your authentic life? Are you feeling stuck and sense that the same issues keep recycling in your life? Choosing a therapist is difficult, personal and important. If you are ready to make real change and ready to find the true experiential root of your unhappiness, we may be a good fit. I am dedicated to collaborating with you to help you discover how you may be unconsciously contributing to your suffering and unhappiness. We will work together to find your true path to personal power and living your most authentic life.
"Our deepest fears are like dragons guarding our deepest treasure."- Rainer Maria Rilke
I specialize in Safety and Attachment Focused (SAFE) EMDR. EMDR has been empirically shown to be an effective therapy to help people heal from the emotional distress of disturbing life experiences. EMDR therapy can help you make real change more quickly than many other therapies. The SAFE approach adds mindfulness, nonviolence and compassion to EMDR.
