My expertise extends to helping individuals cope with depression, anxiety, and trauma stemming from abuse, grief, neglect, and loss.
Counseling is my second career, after 15 years of working with students and families with disabilities in public education. I remain committed to lifelong learning. I aim to treat you holistically—mind, body, and spirit—as you pursue peace, happiness, and robust mental health.
