I provide trauma-informed therapy to adolescents and adults, who are experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, as well as identity struggles due to life transitions. I utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, CPT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing.
My approach is primarily focused on building a genuine and mutually respectful therapeutic relationship with my clients.
