Mary Lyle Evans is a native of Unicoi County, TN. Mary graduated from Unicoi County High School. She then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Social Work as well as a Master's degree in Social Work from East Tennessee State University. She continued her social work career in the mental health crisis field and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of TN.
