My approach is tailor made for you in each moment of every session, depending on your personal style and the issues we're working on together. I use both traditional and newly researched approaches, including psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as well as mind/body techniques, such as mindfulness.
With over 30 years of experience as a therapist, I have served as a supervisor and mentor for other therapists for a number of years. I have also developed and directed multiple programs aimed at managing stress and health problems.
