First and foremost, you are not alone. I have personally experienced the transformative power of therapy and consider it one of the greatest gifts in my life. Before transitioning into mental health counseling, I spent seven years as a nutritionist at a residential treatment center. In the therapeutic space, my goal is to cultivate genuine connection and authenticity through warmth and curiosity. I’m passionate about helping both men and women heal their relationships with themselves, their bodies, and with food. I also enjoy supporting caregivers and families as they navigate the challenges of eating disorders.
With years of experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image issues, I’ve seen firsthand how deeply these challenges can affect all aspects of a person’s life. I’m committed to a holistic approach to health, one that considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. True healing is my desire for every one of my clients.
