A mirror allows us to see ourselves, however, sometimes this mirror can be distorted by our unhelpful thinking patterns and difficult experiences that have shaped the way we see the world. I believe therapy can provide a less distorted mirror to see ourselves more accurately in order to make the changes we want to make to live a healthier, happier life.

I have experience with a wide variety of populations as I believe everyone, from all walks of life, deserves support. I have worked with primarily adults and a modest amount with couples. As a therapist I utilize an integrative approach that I actively tailor to whoever I am working with.
