I encourage my clients to find their authentic voice and personal values amongst influences from family, peers and society about how relationships, intimacy and success "should" be defined. My style of therapy is engaging and solution-focused using validation, empathy and humor.
I specialize in helping clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationship issues. I utilize a person-centered approach utilizing tools such as Internal Family Systems to heal wounds in order to help clients live their best lives.
