Treatment is tailored to help individuals see their true selves more clearly and to identify workable methods to reach their life goals. The therapy relationship can be healing by providing understanding of how early experiences affect patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and by creating new experiences of self and relationship.
I enjoy working with those who wish to fully understand who they are becoming. I attentively listen, reflect what I observe, and as we work together look for options for where you may be overwhelmed or struggling.
