I I have a person centered orientation based in respect and compassion. I love getting to know my clients, using humor in my practice and developing deep, meaningful relationships that promote healing.
My work is focused on helping clients develop self-compassion and self-acceptance. I am particularly interested in working with women during the perinatal and postpartum periods and have specific training in this area including training in perinatal loss. I also work with couples experiencing challenges with communication and individuals.
I have appointments available M-F during daytime hours and evening appointments available on Thursdays. I utilize a hybrid model of practice and have sessions available both in person and via telehealth based on client preference. I would love to talk with you further to see if we might be a good fit.
