Together we will develop a personalized plan that fits your specific needs!

DBT Skills Group (In-person)
Now accepting JAN 2025 applicants! DBT skills provide the tools necessary to cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life. In this closed 8-week course, members will learn and practice DBT skills in a creative, intimate, and interactive group setting. Attendees will read through a guided workbook, engage in activities, and learn from top contributors in the field. This group is designed to be structured & informative, serving as a nice compliment to individual therapy. Max attendees: 8, with weekly participation encouraged. Core skills emphasized: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Start date: January 9th- February 27th.
