Hi everyone! I’m Mary and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I’m passionate about therapy. It’s important to carve out time to focus on your mental health, just like carving out time to go to the gym to focus on your physical health. I love working with adolescents and adults, 14 and up. I have experience working with individuals, couples, first responders and LGBTQIA+. My primary areas of focus are depression, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, Bipolar, and trauma.
