I use logical, evidenced based solutions to help my clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, work/life balance and other mental health problems. I have a special passion for helping the military community.

I use several treatment modalities to include talk-therapy as well as EMDR. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy, dissecting how unresolved past experiences affect present condition/views.

I value active listening without judgement, connecting common themes and empowering the client to do the work. I believe in fostering a confidential, safe space for my clients to be free to share and express their innermost thoughts and feelings. I'm here to simply meet my clients where they are and to help my clients live a fulfilled life.
