I have experience and training working with depression, low self- esteem, anxiety, grief/loss, identity questions, college-aged clients, life transitions (ex. retirement, divorce, empty-nest), parenting/step-parenting, anger management, and relationship issues which include co-dependency, infidelity and establishing healthy boundaries.
