Welcome! I am a mental health therapist that is ready to work collaboratively to reach goals and insights that serve YOU! For whatever brings you to therapy, we will find a flow that works best. My style is non-judgmental, caring and authentic. We will learn skills and strategies that work individually for your experiences while we set and reach goals. I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children starting at age 5, as well as families.
I use a trauma informed, integrative and holistic approach to meet you wherever you are in your journey. I use interventions from Person-Centered therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) with elements drawn from Mindfulness and somatic work.
