I am accepting new clients and can schedule you within 1-2 weeks of contact. I have been working as a therapist with children, adolescents and adults for over 10 years. I specialize in seeing children, teens and young adults. My ideal client would be someone who is looking for help with their anxiety, depression, codependency and attachment patterns, unhealthy relationship patterns and/ or want to learn about why they continue to repeat habits and behaviors they don't want to do anymore. I like to help my client understand themselves deeper and get to the root of depression or anxiety/overthinking symptoms.
Therapy can be intimidating- First and foremost, I always meet the client where they are at and work to make them feel safe and comfortable. To me, this means if you are just curious about what therapy is like, or ready to dive into your deeper issues... that's where we will start. I use the interventions of CBT, DBT and EMDR to help clients heal.
I create a safe and supportive environment where you are free to be your authentic self to work through the struggles and difficulties bringing you into counseling. In my practice, I emphasize the importance of building a safe therapeutic relationship between myself and my client to be able to see positive results of treatment.
