I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides support and guidance for people of all ages. My goal-oriented approach allows clients to return to their daily activities with insight, empowerment and critical coping skills. I utilize a wide variety of methodologies and systems, alone or in combination, to offer clients a uniquely personalized approach to treatment including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Insight Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
In addition to my skills as social worker, I bring to the clinical encounter my understanding of family dynamics and my knowledge from having worked in other fields such as education, bullying prevention, foster care and teen/adolescent-based support programs.
My goal is to provide empathic and trained individual adult and adolescent, couple, family and group therapy for clients who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational problems, life transitions, grief or simply the challenges of daily life.
