Are you concerned about your child experiencing more worries, sadness, or how they handled a traumatic event? I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, or depression using evidence-based treatments such as CBT and ACT. I help my clients develop healthy coping strategies to overcome stressful situations and enjoy life more.
My years of working in outpatient and community clinics and serving as an Assistant Professor at Suffolk University have prepared me to work with a range of presentations. While I have expertise in trauma, I also work with clients with anxiety disorders and depression. I use problem-solving and self-compassion to create an inviting and supportive atmosphere.
