The struggle of trying to navigate anxiety, depression, grief, and mental illness alone can feel daunting. Therapists, such as myself, offer a passenger seat driver approach to healing. We let our clients do the driving and we hold the road map, gps, and snacks in order to get you to your destination of wellness.
Therapy can help one to complete goals, find new and useful ways to cope, and offer an unbiased ear in letting you communicate feelings and emotions. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and is tailored to the client as an individual. You are unique and so my therapy is tailored to fit your needs. I work with clients 13 up with anxiety, depression, etc.
