I'm Mary and I'm taking new clients! I work with individuals aged 18 and above, with a focus on grief and loss, identity exploration, building self-esteem, managing life transitions, processing family dynamics, and trauma recovery. I also love to help those wanting to manage anxiety or depression. I am LGBTQ affirming and body positive, operating from a Health at Every Size perspective. My ultimate goal is for each of my clients to discover a deep sense of purpose and connection in their lives. I approach counseling with an attitude of warmth, humility, curiosity, and humor.
Drawing from Existential and Constructivist theories, my therapeutic approach centers on values exploration, personal responsibility, and the creation of meaningful narratives. Together, through introspective dialogue and reflection, we'll unearth your agency and craft a narrative that aligns with your authentic self and core values.
If you're seeking support in managing anxiety, depression, or simply navigating life's twists and turns, I'm here to help. Reach out today to schedule an appointment!

Groups
2024 Election Process Group (virtual)
Election cycles can be particularly distressing, especially for those in marginalized communities who are often targeted in conservative talking points. If you are experiencing fear and anxiety about how politics and political changes impact your life, it’s important to recognize you aren’t alone. Connecting with others who understand can be a crucial part of navigating these challenges. Join us for a weekly therapy process group designed to cultivate joy amidst challenging times, process grief at the intersection of politics & identity, explore & establish embodied boundaries, & facilitate reconnection with our core sense of humanity. Cost = $10 per session.
