I am a clinical psychologist and have been in practice for 32 years. I do individual therapy with children, adolescents and adults. I have expertise in treating anxiety and depression, and issues with grief and loss: fertility issues, losses due to divorce, and complicated grief. I have experience with many types of therapeutic interventions. I am most interested in the use of cognitive-behavioral techniques and emotion education techniques to provide my clients with skills that they can use to cope with difficult life challenges.
My major area of specialty is the use of emotion education to help my clients develop coping skills that they can use to improve the quality of their lives.
