If you're a parent trying to cope with your children’s behavior issues, I can help you learn to realistically set limits, as well as define goals and expectations with your children.
I've also been successful with individuals with anxiety. So if you have ongoing anxiety, I can help you recognize the cause and effect, as well as learn how you can eliminate it. I will give you the tools to find ways to manage and cope with your stress, using interdisciplinary methods and solution-based psychotherapy.
