Along side one another, we will work to navigate challenging aspects that cause mental health struggles including anxiety, sadness or depression, feelings of being overwhelmed, shame, grief, and more. A variety of interventions are used and are individualized depending on your specific needs. For more than 14 years I have worked in mental and behavioral health. Over the years, I have gained experience with special needs children using ABA therapy, acute inpatient hospital care with individuals from ages 5 to geriatric encompassing a very broad range of symptoms and diagnoses, and in 2015 lead to working in the outpatient private practice setting.
