Maybe a major event stoked your search for therapy. Maybe the build up of daily life stressors leaves you feeling stuck. Maybe you're experiencing changes in your support system. Regardless of where you’re at in your journey, you deserve the space to listen to that internal voice asking for your attention. I believe it's your internal wisdom bringing you to therapy.
I have an open approach to therapy, often asking questions like "what is important for you in this moment?", "where are you feeling in your body today?" and "how can we care for you today?". I like to let clients lead the session and gently adapt to new and ever-changing ways to care for your most authentic self.
I hope to collaborate with you to increase awareness to validate your emotions, experiences, and future decisions—ultimately leading to space where your authentic self can be present.

Cognitive Processing Therapy
I am offering a 12-week Cognitive Processing Therapy group! CPT is a type of cognitive behavioral therapy that has shown to be effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD developed from traumatic events such as natural disaster. This space is created for participants to process through how a traumatic event has changed their internal and external worlds. If you are experiencing PTSD symptoms and want to process in a group setting, you are invited! Priority will be given to those affected by the Gray and Elk fires. Availability will close at 6 participants.
