Whether you are facing the complex emotions of a life-threatening medical condition, making difficult end of life decisions, been exposed to violence & abuse, or dealing with grief and loss, I will support and empower you to develop a plan to move forward. My focus is on rebuilding your self-esteem & safety after traumatic experiences, allowing you to grow and find personal peace of mind.

My aim is to develop a safe and collaborative relationship with you as we work together to challenge the concerns and questions you may have about your life, relationship, career, or personal meaning. My approach is to assist you in finding a path to reach your goal using cognitive behavioral techniques within attachment and body awareness frameworks.

Some people want to talk about feelings, experiences, or thoughts that are difficult to express to others or that seem to interfere with their daily lives and relationships.
