My current work with adults is often focused on grief/loss, depression, anxiety, stressful situations, and life transitions. We all carry a unique experience that are filled with strengths and opportunities for mental health growth.
My therapeutic framework will shift based on your needs and preferences. A mindful, Strengths-Based perspective will be the foundation of our work, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Based Therapy. My belief is that therapy should feel like a mutual growth and discovery process, with you as the leader.
