My ideal client is someone who is willing to call and take the first bold step towards change. Each persons life story is different. I strive to work with clients to establish goals and objectives to help facilitate change, have a healthier lifestyle, and/or deal with issues from the past that continue to cause problems in the present. Each season of life brings new opportunities and challenges. I believe everyone is a lifetime learner and, at times, needs help in working through the different challenges of life.
I work with women and couples in many areas including past trauma, abuse, romance addiction and trust issues. I am a CSAT-C. I offer a relationship built on trust, empathy, and am non-judgmental. Research has shown a strong therapeutic alliance leads to positive client outcome. I believe in using empirically researched approaches.
Life brings challenges. Everyone goes through different seasons of life. Some seasons are harder than others, and help is need to navigate through them.
