I approach the therapeutic relationship through a trauma focused lens, often utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Theory, and mindfulness.
The truth is, life is hard. It can throw unexpected cureveballs in the form of tradgedy, trauma, life transitions, and so much more. We all need a safe space to process, and it is my goal to provide you with a space that feels safe and non-judgemental so you can be open and honest while you work on the issues that brought you here.
