I wake up in the morning and find it hard to get out of bed. I am overcome with sadness and anxiety. I know I have to get on with my day. but I feel drained. Iam not sleeping and Iam tired all the time. Over the last couple of months. It has gotten worse. Does this sound like you? Are there other challenges you are facing? I can help by partnering with you to develop treatment goals to address your concerns and increase your ability to cope.
In the first session, I will ask you to tell me about yourself and share your concerns. We will develop a treatment plan and began right away working so you can feel better. I use the Cognitive Behavioral treatment approach which has proven successful, I also give homework assignments as a part of this treatment process.
Life gets challenging at times, and you may feel overwhelmed, anxious or depressed. Sometimes, other issues can impact your ability to cope, as well. Once you share your specific concerns, I can assist you in developing specific coping skills, so you can begin to feel better. If you are interested, just reach out to me to schedule an appointment.
