As a Marriage and Family Therapist for more than 13 years, I've learned two things. First, everyone wants and deserves to live happily ever after. Second, living happily ever isn't easy and, sometimes, requires professional help.
I believe in happily ever after. My practice is devoted to helping adults, children, families, and couples discover and use their talents and strengths to find and live happier, more fulfilling lives.
My practice is based on Systems Theory, a form of therapy that utilizes the individual's, couple's, and family's strengths within the context of the world in which they live. I have extensive experience in successfully assisting clients with many different life challenges and utilize a biopsychosocial approach.
