We can discuss what approach will work best for you. I also offer clinical supervision.
My orientation to approaching suffering, healing, and growth is rooted in a belief that the body's response to trauma or pain can take many different forms. Even "harmful" thoughts, feelings, or behaviors have come to serve a purpose. With support we can grow in new ways. Healing/growth are not just individual, but community and relational processes.
My style can be curious, gentle, direct, flexible; very open or more structured if you prefer. I am excited to support you in your journey of healing and compassion towards yourself.
