We refer to those rough seasons as "drops." The reality is that each of us have been dropped at some point and each drop can potentially leave us with some scars - be it emotionally, mentally and in some cases even spiritually. Our goal is to provide a holistic approach to the counseling process. Spiritual Psychotherapy helps to give us the strength to continue our journey and ensures that you have someone that is willing to walk along side of you.
Pastoral Psychotherapy affords me the privilege of being able to travel with you as you go through the various seasons of life. Through the combination of CBT, CBI, MRT and Faith, we are able to effectively identify the approach that best fits the needs of each client.
Having served in both Pastoral and Clinical settings I have worked with a wide variety of clients and situations. Although 2 different people may be experiencing similar trying seasons - there are no 2 Seasons nor 2 People that are identical. My goal is to ensure that each person is heard and addressing their specific situational needs will be the priority
