Welcome, and thanks for taking the time to view my profile! My name is Neil, and I bring over 25 years of experience to the work I do with my clients. Seeking help can be intimidating, but from the start I will provide a warm, accepting, and encouraging approach with a healthy dose of humor. My passion is helping people connect with their essential wisdom and experience flow and ease in everyday life. I have experience with virtually all mental health difficulties, but especially mood & anxiety issues, emotion regulation difficulties, and the effects of trauma (PTSD, Complex PTSD, and dissociative disorders).
I’m trained in several evidence-based processes, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have found that an integrated approach using these and other approaches works best to assist you to more healthily dealing with life’s many challenges.
