I have over a hundred hours of training in EFT-Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is especially helpful in working with couples. I am also EMDR trained for trauma work with children and adults. In working with children I use an experiental play approach, alongside of Theraplay, EMDR, and TBRI (Trust Based Realtional Interventions).
