I am very excited to welcome new clients into my practice. I can provide flexible scheduling and I have 20 years experience with clients of all ages (3 to adult). I bring a positive attitude and a caring heart to every session. I work together with clients to help them identify their own personal goals. I truly believe the answer lies within each client and you have the power to create your own path to happiness. I strive to promote an uplifting environment that allows each person the safety and freedom to explore new ideas and reach their goals.
I have many years of experience providing compassion and understanding to clients with depression, anxiety, abuse survivors/trauma, grief, anger management, self esteem, family and couples counseling, and everyday life stresses and struggles.
I meet my clients with a comfortable, professional working relationship. My work also utilizes, but is not limited to, Narrative, Person Centered, Solution Focused & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These approaches allow for the idea that everyone has their own story and can be empowered to write their own ending.
