Individual psychotherapy is an opportunity to learn about one's strengths, difficulties, and self. In the process, patterns are identified, and solutions are created. It is a unique forum offering safety, confidentiality, support, informed listening, and feedback. It is your workshop to explore and address goals and concerns on a regular basis.
