I have over 10 years experience working with individuals, adolescents and families with a focus on helping clients grow, heal, and transform. We join together to build on strengths rather than focus on weaknesses. I provide practical feed-back, problem solving, and coping skills for issues such as, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting, divorce, life transitions, communication, and grief and loss.
I believe in the strength based, solution focused approach making therapy short term. My practice is conveniently located in Westerville where I see clients from the area as well as New Albany, Worthington, and Delaware.
