I believe that everyone has the right to be seen, heard, and accepted in a nonjudgmental manner that respects their identity, beliefs, culture, and value system. My skills are suited for clients aged 12 to 65+ who are having difficulties living with recent trauma, PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, anxiety, anger, chronic diseases, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress.
