My approach is informed by my philosophy of fundamental human goodness, studies in transpersonal psychology, family systems, Jungian psychology and Psychosynthesis theory. I provide a safe place to support clients in developing greater insight and healing. The trust and vulnerability inherent in the therapeutic relationship is foundational to our work together, and I value the strength and courage it takes to seek support. I have worked in behavioral health for over 20 years and I have found great meaning and purpose in working with people over the years, and it has reinforced my belief in human goodness and resiliency.
I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Psychology from Antioch University. I am a State approved Clinical Supervisor. I have additional training in DBT, CBT, Suicide Prevention and survivor support, Trauma, Narrative Therapy, Psychiatric Crisis Response, and Grief and Loss.
