I am a seasoned clinician who enjoys supporting others on their journeys. I have been a practicing therapist for 28 years and have been supervising other therapists for 18 years. Specialties are treatment of anxiety disorders and mood disorders, life transitions and adoption issues.
I utilize a number of modalities including CBT, DBT and somatic work to address trauma. I have a small practice utilizing Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, certified in EFP through the HERD Institute.
