My goal as a therapist is to help people of all walks of life to discover their wants and needs and how to be their best person. SBH was begun because I understand that life is challenging and having a friendly and safe environment for you to process and understand feelings is important to me and the other therapists at Stewart Behavioral Health (SBH).
