I am a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY27401) who works systemically, with children, adolescents, adults, and families. When one person is struggling, it not only impacts the individual but the individual's interpersonal relationships, as well. I strive to help you grow as an individual while strengthening intimacy and closeness with others. I utilize a strength-based approach to help you identify your personal goals, achieve self-awareness, and make the changes you feel are necessary. I believe therapy is a collaborative process to help you better understand yourself and find the best version of you.
If you are a parent, I will work with you and your family to address behavioral and emotional concerns that arise. I have experience working with children and families in various capacities. My approach allows me to connect easily with children and adolescents to create a therapeutic relationship that fosters trust, personal growth, and change.
I also incorporate a multicultural approach to treatment, by exploring how culture may impact an individual or family. In addition to therapy, I also conduct thorough and comprehensive Psychological Immigration Evaluations. All services are offered in both English and Spanish.
