I hold over 25 years of experience working with youth, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. After earning my master's degree in Counseling at San Francisco State University, I accepted a position with Family Service Agency of San Francisco, then with the City and County of San Francisco Department of Public Health, Community Behavioral Services. In this position, I helped to create the Transitional Youth Service Program. In 2000, I received a Certificate of Honor award from the Mayor of San Francisco.
I hold years of experience working holistically in the areas of mood disorder, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder, Domestic Violence, Grief and Loss. I established my private practice in order to continue working with youth, adolescents, adults, and Latino families, as a private therapist in South San Francisco.
Open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays afternoons and evenings and some Saturdays afternoons. Sixty minutes for initial assessments and weekly fifty-minute sessions. I am bilingual and bicultural in Spanish. I accept clients ages 12 years old ONLY. Accepto clientes de la edad de los 12 años, adultos, parejas y familias.
