I am a clinical psychologist with 30 years’ experience working with adults and young adults in individual and couples therapy. I am also a certified EMDR therapist.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, medical concerns, or relationship difficulties. My approach is strength-based and focuses on using curiosity to attend to those areas of a client’s current functioning which enhance addressing daily challenges and those which interfere with daily functioning.
Life experiences influenced your emotional beliefs and decisions. You may respond to situations in your life in ways which seem, on the surface, to be confusing or make no sense.
