I love outpatient care and enjoy working with adults with various concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, PTSD, OCD, substance abuse, adjustment difficulties, and others. I utilize a mostly cognitive behavioral approach in which I have training and experience, but also employ solution focused care.
