I have a passion for helping individuals regain hope and find meaning in life. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and passionate about serving this population, as well as other marginalized groups including, black and brown men and at-risk youth.
I use an integrative approach that is based on cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and person-centered techniques. It brings me joy to help my clients improve their quality of life by walking with them on their journey to healing.
