I am passionate about helping others that just may have not found the "right fit." I assertively work with clients on adjusting their A, B, C's... actions, behaviors, and cognitions. I appreciate clients that have shied away from therapy before, but are open and willing to give it another try! I meet people where they are- total judgement-free zone here. Experienced in working with crises intervention where there is unexpected loss for someone who always felt "therapy is not for me. I will never need it."

Here at Overcross Counseling and Equine Services LLC we work with clients with varying reasons for wanting to participate in counseling. We use our horse as co-facilitators to help engage our clients during the sessions. We provide learning appropriates for each learning style our clients may have as they work through and develop skills to help them reach their therapeutic goals. We want our clients to have a different approach to counseling as they find hope and watch themselves crossover into a pathway of happiness.

I treat a number of behavioral health disorders, and provides an empathic, collaborative therapeutic approach to guide patients towards goals of treatment. Above all, my goal as a therapist is to show that I genuinely care about you and what you are going through. Each of us encounter problems, at times in our lives. In order to overcome those problems, it is often helpful to have an outside perspective. I hope to be that outside perspective that you seek.
