I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2011 and I am a LADC (Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor). I have helped individuals transform their lives by teaching them effective coping skills. The methods used are Person's Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT, TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy and Reality Therapy. I have worked with state court related programs.
